Christian, I use intrinsic value and margin of safety to pick my entry points. Traditional value investing. I then look at the return on my order when selling the options. $100 premium for a $5000 possible spend with 30 days expiration is a 24% cash return, etc. Exit point is likewise determined by intrinsic value and cash return as well.
