Cody, thanks for the overview. I'm a big fan of real estate in general and have used Realty Mogul for syndications in the past. I wouldn't worry about a 2 month return, as that is very short term. Real estate is a long game (just like the stock market, if done properly). You should plan to be invested for 5+ years to start to see the real benefit.
