Congratulation, Mike! Well done. I've had an up and down history on Medium. I joined in Dec 2020 and was making good progress and growing earnings up to the algorithm change last year. Then my reads and earnings fell off a cliff. I backed off a bit for a while but recently got back into it and am finding some more success, which is encouraging. So I can say to folks don't expect your results to move in a straight line! Up and down is normal here, and you have to keep pushing ahead.
