Damian, I was with you until the end when you started talking about Tesla and Bitcoin. These are in speculative bubbles, and are very similar to venture capital in that there is a small chance for a bit payout but a much larger chance for a loss of capital. Speculation is fine if you have plenty of money and can afford to lose your entire investment. But it is not a good way to build wealth because it is so risky and volitile. IMHO.
