I think the basic premise of point #1 is that almost no one gets rich at work as an employee. Even well-paid professionals like doctors. You have to do your own thing, which may be starting a business or maybe investing on the side. You have to be 'entrepreneurial', not necessarily a full-time entrepreneur.
In terms of not everyone having time or money to invest, it is true that different people are starting from drastically different places. But everyone can find the time to educate themselves about money and investing and improve their situation in life. There are many wealthy people today that started with nothing.
It's not easy, but there is a big difference between being hard and being impossible.
