Glad you realized it. When I bring this up, so many tell me I'm wrong because they won't do the math. There is a reason I own seven house but choose to rent. INVESTING builds wealth, buying a house to live in does not. It is nice for several reasons, and I'm not against it, but it is silly to think it will make you rich.
