Good discussion. I'm a fan of Kiyosaki, but I don't agree with him on gold and crypto. I'm more aligned with Buffett that owning companies and assets that generate cash is the best way to invest your money. Real estate and companies selling for significant discounts to value are great ways to hedge inflation (whether it comes or not).
