Good luck, Lauren. If you use a property manager, you give up a bit of cash flow but can sleep at night. From your numbers you may not have the cash flow on this property, but I’ve used Prime Properties in Austin for several years with good results. They recently changed ownership, but so far so good. I have 7 houses (6 in the Austin area) and only spend a couple hours per month doing the books. Not bad at all.
