Good overview, I started selling puts for income a while back and am consistently making great returns, similar to your example. I focus on value stocks that I've identified to be selling at a significant discount to their intrinsic value, so I can control the purchase price. I keep the premium if the price goes up before the expiration date, or I buy the value stock at an even lower cost basis if the price goes down. I can then hold the stock and sell covered calls as the price goes up, collecting dividends along the way. Great way to invest in the stock market and thans for sharing!
