Good read and thanks for sharing. Trying to start a business is hard work, and the vast majority fail. You have to know that going in. The idea is to learn as much as you can, fail fast, then start anew. It is only the right path for a minority of people.

I prefer to invest in real estate and other assets that I can do while I keep my day job, but still help me to build up financial independence and knowledge. I've tried a side hustle, but I just didn't enjoy it nearly as much as I do real estate and the stock market. To each his own!
