Great discussion. I have always said the single-family rentals are the best way for regular people to get rich. Easy to understand, easy to buy and manage, easy to make millions with a bit of effort and patience. Just note there is a significant difference between a house you live in (low return) and an investment property (high return). So it is important to put as much money as possible into investment real estate to maximize your wealth.
