I think both are right. It IS harder to find bargains in a world with more and more information. BUT, people still do dumb things, so there will always be opportunities. However, the best investment path for most people is just to buy the S&P500 thorough thick and thin. Beyond that takes significant knowledge, time, and emotional control that most of us don’t have.
