Important discussion. There are pros and cons to both, but flexibility is important. Some people/jobs will need face to face time, others not as much. Also, not everyone cares about getting promoted. Some have other priorities like spending time with family or side projects that they consider more important than trying to climb the corporate ladder. If you are working to live, rather than living to work, being home is fantastic!
