Interesting you see the future of housing as less certain than the future of Bitcoin. I would say the future of housing is significantly more certain than Bitcoin. You also left out the stock market entirely? Gold and BTC are speculation on price movements, whereas businesses and real estate are investing in future cash flows if done properly. The risk profile is VERY different between investing and speculation.
