Megan, you should listen to the Cooperman interview on CNBC. You've got your facts wrong, like so many people writing about this.

When Cooperman said "attacking the rich", he was talking about tax policy, not the reddit short squeeze. On the reddit short squeeze, he said people are free to do what they want, but he is afraid that the individual investors will end up losing money.

Cooperman grew up poor in the Bronx, son of a plumber, and has pledged to give ALL of his money away.

Please do some homework before attacking people. I'm not worried about hedge funds losing money, or people not liking Leon Cooperman. But I am worried about all the incorrect information being spread around that helps feed the excitement.
