Most people don't know what they are doing and make bad decisions with money. They buy a house to live in thinking they are investing in real estate, they buy Bitcoin at $60k because they think everyone is getting rich but them, etc. To build wealth, you need something both stable and powerful, which is why I prefer real estate. Crypto is speculation, which may or may not work out well, depending on the opinions of the masses. It is not a reliable way to build wealth at this point.
