For accredited investors it is easier as there are many options like Praxis Capital, MLG Capital, Ashcroft Capital, Realty Mogul, Fundrise, etc. These are not recommendations, so always do your own homework. For unaccredited investors some of the platforms like Realty Mogul or Fundrise usually have some options. This is what I’m looking at currently as the housing market got hot, but it depends on your area, etc.
