Thanks for sharing. My biggest concern is how competitive YouTube is. I know people that have published regularly for over a year and have less than 300 subscribers. I just read an article about how a channel makes about $2 per 1000 views (like a read here) on YT. Medium pays way better than that. YouTube is huge, but also very competitive.
