There are many VERY successful people who are skeptical of bitcoin, including Warren Buffett, not just failures as indicated in your article. Some of us believe that to earn good, consistent returns is hard work. Be it real estate, the stock market, or starting a business. But for all of human history people try to get rich without the work. Bitcoin and Tesla are lottery investments, not dissimilar to GameStop. People buy bitcoin because they hope to get rich without hard work. You may win, but the odds are against you. It’s ok to speculate on bitcoin if you do research and limit it to a percentage of your portfolio that you can afford to lose. But if you want a more secure way to get rich, there are better avenues than bitcoin. As Grant Cardone says, I don’t want to get rich quick, I want to get rich for sure.
