Todd, good discussion. When choosing stocks, the buyer should always consider the price to get an idea if they are buying it reasonably or not. Also, in addition to buying and owning high dividend paying stocks, I also sell options (puts on the stocks I want to buy and calls on stocks I already own) to generate additional cash flow on a monthly basis.
