Vijay, thanks for reading and your comment. I agree. I’m not against homeownership at all, I just had to learn the hard way and want others to understand that buying a house isn’t investing. If you buy a bigger, nicer house because it in as ‘investment’, you are not building wealth. Better to keep living expenses low and invest in something better, from my view.
