Wisdom can often come in small packages, and wisdom about building wealth is no different.
Today’s quote is from Warren Buffett, one of the wisest of all investors:
“Someone’s sitting in the shade today because someone planted a tree a long time ago.”
To me, this demonstrates the power of two things: action and time.
You must take action now by planting your financial tree, and you must give it time to grow and provide shade.
It seems like such a small thing, but investing regularly over decades can produce spectacular results.
